Craftsmanship

Storytelling

UX research methodology
Knowledge of principles and methods for defining and measuring UX, and the ability to adapt UX research methods to the appropriate user interface and platform.

UX writing
Ability to craft intuitive user-facing language, effective information hierarchy, and scalable frameworks that appeal to and guide a diverse global audience while also adapting to the needs, voice, tone, and constraints of the product at hand.

User behavior
